I drove almost two hours in torrential rain, arrived late and entered feeling wrung out and wondering if it would be worth the struggle since so many trainings leave you less than enthralled. The HR Future Focus Workshop I attended in Southlake was such a wonderful surprise compared to other strategy workshops I've attended in the past (that lacked any real depth or functionality). As the presenter, Olive Gatling was not only extremely knowledgeable and passionate about her subject but also diligent in ensuring that each participant took away a real understanding of the material and how to use them. I attended the HR Future Focus Workshop held in Dallas. The facilitator, Olive Gatling, was fabulous and presented not only theory but "real world application."
